The Doctor of Business Administration Program
The Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program serves the needs of mature students, helping them to advance in their careers. The program is designed to graduate scholar practitioners who will set the standard for best practices and contribute to the solution of critical business and management problems through research, teaching, and consulting.
Program Learning Objectives (PLO)
Primary objectives of this program include equipping students with the knowledge and ability to:
- Critically evaluate, synthesize, and contribute to business knowledge through rigorous research.
- Produce scholarly written communication.
- Deliver advanced oral presentations.
- Demonstrate expert-level critical thinking to address complex business challenges through research.
The Master of Business Administration Program
TThe Master of Business Administration (MBA) aims to provide the student an opportunity to further enhance their business acumen by tying academic concepts to practical applications relevant to current real-world business challenges. The combination of analytical, quantitative, and strategic skills gained through the program provide a foundation from which multiple professional opportunities can be pursued. The program is designed to serve the needs of both fully employed and full-time students.
Graduation Requirements
- Complete 36 semester units of the prescribed curriculum.
- Complete a minimum of TWO internships.
- Complete all required coursework with a cumulative G.P.A. of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Apply for graduation and meet all academic and financial requirements.
- F-1 students must maintain lawful status.
The Bachelor of Business Administration degree program
The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree program aims to develop students’ intellectual ability through an appropriate blending of business and general education. The program assists the student in understanding and developing the unique leadership qualities required to be successful in business functions, an organizational unit, or an enterprise.

- Demonstrate effective written communication skills.
- Deliver effective oral presentations.
- Apply advanced critical thinking to solve complex business challenges.
- Evaluate ethical dilemmas and propose solutions based on Christian ethical frameworks.
- Research, evaluate, and synthesize information from various sources for business decision-making.

Associate of Science in Business Administration program.
The Associate of Science in Business Administration (ASBA) degree program aims to prepare students to begin or advance their careers in the business world. The program provides students with a basic understanding of business through an appropriate blending of business and general education.
